How does it work?

It’s as easy as – Want it | Wear it | Return It

WANT IT
• Firstly, jump onto our website and select which item your would like to hire / book
• Add and/or upload all appropriate ID requirements & payment options into our website
• You then have the option to select: Collect | Courier | Local Delivery (further instructions are then applied at the checkout for this option)

WEAR IT
Receive your item and enjoy rocking your Spritz Lane piece!

RETURN IT
On the last day of your booking period, return it!
Depending on your preferred collection method, or courier service – instructions on how to return your item will be disclosed upon purchase.
Either;
• Return it locally to Newcastle West, NSW 2302
• Elect local pick-up (fees may apply)
• Return the item to an authorized Australia Post outlet and individually deposit and sign-in the item with the enclosed return box & satchel. (Instructions will be included in every booking)
• Return to the elected Courier Company.

Do I require an account?

All transactions via Spritz Lane will require ID checks & briefings. A customer profile is automatically set-up upon purchase – which is enclosed within our Privacy Policy.
This also assists us with communication, services, feedback and exclusive offers on our products & services.

What are Spritz Lane’s rental periods?

All items are a minimum 4 x day rental period – which is outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Alternate arrangements for longer, or shorter hire periods are welcome, but need to be discussed directly with Spritz Lane via our email links, or website.

Where do you ship to?

We post / ship / courier to all major & metropolitan Australian Cities. Please note that we do not ship items overseas.

Does Spritz Lane have a physical store?

Not as yet, however – we will be opening a store in Newcastle West in January 2022. Stay tuned for further details!

How do I return my items?

Depending on your preferred and initial collection method, or courier service – instructions on how to return your item(s) will be disclosed upon purchase.
Either;
• Return it locally to Newcastle West, NSW 2302
• Elect local pick-up (fees may apply)
• Because of the high-value item enclosed, returns via Australia Post must be lodged at an authorized Australia Post outlet before 1300hrs on your last rental day. All items must be individually deposited and signed for at the Post Office with the return box, satchel and instructions. (Instructions will be included in every booking)
— PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ALLOW FOR ITEMS TO BE DROPPED INTO POST BOXES. (Penalties may apply, and you may be completely liable for the item if it’s deposited this way. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.)
• Return to the elected Courier Company.

What if my rental period ends on a Sunday, or a Public Holiday?

No problems – just return the item on the next business day. We will factor this into your initial booking and brief.

What happens if my item is damaged whilst in my care?

Details;
• Firstly – all orders are emailed a ‘status report’ – which you will initial or sign for pre-release of the item.
• Secondly – please communicate directly and congruently with Spritz Lane once the damage initially occurs. Communication is key here!
• Lastly, if the item is returned to Spritz Lane with damages that exceeds the signed status report, Spritz Lane will communicate firstly and directly with you, and further – charge the Customer the cost of repairing – or – replacing the item.

What happens if the item is lost or stolen whilst in my care?

In the unlikely, yet unfortunate event that the item is lost, stolen or unreturned to Spritz Lane – the Customer who is liable on the order and 100% responsible for the item in their care – will be required to pay Spritz Lane the full replacement value & RRP listed amount on our website for the item.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes.
Cancellations must be made by contacting the team at Spritz Lane via phone, or email – however, cancellations must be confirmed and in writing from the Customer.
Cancellation fees may apply so please make sure you are aware of these values and timeframes outlined in our T&C’s

After booking an item, what if I change my mind or don’t like it when it arrives?

Unfortunately we do not refund any monies for ‘change of mind’ purchases through Spritz Lane.
If you are unhappy with the item, it’s status, delivery – or if there is any other problem relating to the service, please contact us within 5 hours of receiving the item and we’ll do our very best to address all issues relating to the item as soon as possible.

Renting

How far in advance should I book my item?

As soon as possible! Our calendar booking allows up to 9 months in advance, so you can secure your favourite item!
Spritz Lane recommends selecting a delivery date at least 48 hours prior to your event just to ensure that everything is received and fine on both ends. Once your item has been selected and booked by the Customer – we will send you a confirmation email including hire periods, delivery date, rental agreements and receipts.

When is my credit card charged?

Your Credit Card | PayPal Account | AfterPay Account is charged upon your initial booking of the item. We will send you a confirmation email and receipt of payment almost instantly.

If the case becomes apparent where the item is not returned within its’ elected timeframe – we may also charge late fees, or full value replacement fees. Please note however, that we will always contact, communicate and notify you of any further charges prior to processing your account, or chosen payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Is shipping free?

Yes. Courier & Registered / Express post within Australia is free, and included in your hire price.

How long does it take for my item to be delivered?

Your item will be delivered, and in most cases arrive prior to 5pm on the first day of your booking. We will email, text or appropriately communicate with you when the item has been lodged from Spritz Lane’s end to confirm the tracking number, estimated delivery details and most importantly that your item is on its way!

PLEASE NOTE / REMEMBER that you are required to sign for the item upon retrieval or arrival.

Where can I have my item(s) sent?

Delivery is Australia wide to both valid residents and businesses addresses.
Please remember that all packages need to be signed for.

Can I track my item(s)?

Absolutely! We will provide you will all relevant tracking and delivery information once the item has been lodged.

Do I have to sign for my item?

Yes. This is a prerequisite for all deliveries via Courier or Australia Post through Spritz Lane.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes – however, you will still need to sign upon collection.
A regular billing address will be required for your confirmation of items / account.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

Just like all registered, expressed or courier mail, if you are not available at the time of delivery the package will be taken to your local Australia Post Office / Outlet. (*Note; opening hours may vary across States, Territories, major Cities, Metropolitan and regional areas)
A notification, or delivery slip will be left at your elected destination. You will need this slip, or notification number to collect the package, and sign for. Australia Post will not release the item into someone else’s care due to Security risks and breaches put in place by Spritz Lane. FULL ID and delivery slips will need to be presented upon retrieval.
Please take this into high consideration when selecting your hire periods, and delivery dates.

What happens if there is a problem or delay with delivery?

We hope there won’t however, with the COVID-19 impact on delivery services, and if we are aware of any situations | problems or delays, we will make immediate contact with you – the Customer.

Can Spritz Lane personally deliver? (Especially on the weekend for a last minute decision?)

Yes – on a few conditions;
Subject to if the item is available, and you are in the Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Nelson Bay areas or Central Coast areas, (Sydney would need to be further confirmed) – Spritz lane may be able to offer last minute, or personal delivery to the Customer. (*Note: Fees may apply)
Subject to whether the bag is available – Spritz Lane may be able to offer a ‘pick-up’ service with the Customer from Newcastle West, NSW
Please note that if you need a bag sooner than booked, or other circumstances – please get in touch!

Are there late fees if I deliver the bag after the due date?

Yes there are. The Customer will be charged additional late fees of $50.00 AUD per day, which applies to the hire of the item if it has not been lodged correctly, or received back to Spritz Lane’s HQ by the elected and agreed return date.
